Cool Springs Sports Complex
Cool Springs Sports Complex is a well-designed facility that serves amateur sports teams, health and rehabilitation under one roof. The scope of vision grew rapidly to include multiple indoor soccer fields and basketball courts with medical/rehabilitation offices on the second floor, banquet facilities and a cafe. The pre-engineered design made a 215' clear span possible to accommodate the regulation size soccer field at a reasonable cost. The project was a design build that continued to evolve and the builder was able to adapt and change along with it. The architect was very open to feedback from the construction side. Communication, timing and everyone being on the same page made it possible to achieve something above and beyond the scope of anyone's imagination.
